Biography:

In 1964 I took a job with British Eagle Airlines at Heathrow Airport. This turned out to be a helpful stepping stone in a move to Germany in 1965 (after which Eagle went bust!), where I went to work for a US aviation supply company. After 43 years retirement came in April 2008, and aviation has given way to rail, but please check out aviation photos at www.english-for-flyaways.de! I am slowly transferring my photos to Flickr name hayling_billy since it is less time-consuming.
